Taking to Twitter, 90min reporter Toby Cudworth has backed some big news out of West Ham United in the last 48 hours involving winger Jarrod Bowen.

The 25-year-old has been a key player for manager David Moyes this season, scoring the most goals and assists combined for West Ham in the Premier League (8G, 8A).
Bowen’s brilliant showings have attracted attention from title contenders Liverpool with Rosser now claiming that Moyes and co are planning to tie down the Englishman as a result.
Indeed, West Ham are allegedly eyeing crunch new deal talks this summer with Cudworth now backing this development.
The Latest: Cudworth backs news…
The 90min reporter, taking to social media, claims West Ham are indeed ‘ready’ to sit down with Bowen as GSB are ‘well aware’ he deserves improved terms.
“Reported back in December that WHUFC are ready to sit down with Jarrod Bowen over a new contract,” he stated.
“Given his ongoing brilliant form it’s no surprise that links to Liverpool are continuing – the club are well aware he deserves improved terms.”
The Verdict: Get it done…
Undoubtedly one of Moyes’ star men over 2021/2022, Bowen’s goals and assists record is matched only by his head-turning rate of shots at goal and completed dribbles per 90 on average.
According to WhoScored, the former Hull City ace has managed the joint-highest amount of goal-bound efforts per match in the top flight of any West Ham player (2.4) whilst also undertaking more successful take-ons (1.8) than any of his teammates.
With numbers like these, it is little wonder the club want to tie him down.
