Rangers fans aren’t happy after it was revealed on Thursday that winger Eros Grezda would not be joining up with the squad for a pre-season training camp in Portugal.
As reported by The Daily Record, the player’s agent confirmed that he is still a Rangers player but will not be part of the team’s preparations on the continent for UEFA Europa League qualifiers next month.

Signed for a reported fee of £2m last summer, Grezda had a hugely disappointing debut season at Ibrox, managing to make just seven starts in all competitions.
With Steven Gerrard signing up wingers such as Jordan Jones, Jake Hastie and Sheyi Ojo already this summer, it’s hard to envisage the Albanian international getting any more game time next season.
Fans are now growing impatient with the player, with some feeling the club should be looking to sell him and others lamenting the fact that a seven-figure fee was paid for him.
